NDS Surgical Imaging Enhances Customer Service Capabilities with Launch of Internal Customer Care Organization

July 30, 2008, San Jose, CA – NDS Surgical Imaging (NDSsi), a leading provider of visualization technologies for modern surgical suites, today announced the launch of its internal Customer Care organization to provide customers the convenience of a central location for all service needs. In order to continue to support its leading position in providing technology excellence, with over 120,000 medical visualization displays in the field globally, NDSsi is focused on improving the customer experience with the delivery of world-class, personalized service to customers around the globe.

NDSsi’s Customer Care organization, available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, provides customers with the ability to speak live to an NDSsi representative regarding service needs, technical evaluation requests, document requests, general inquiries, and much more. In addition, NDSsi seeks to establish and enhance long-term relationships with all customers by providing them with the services they need to best manage their business, and the company’s Customer Care organization is now available to help accomplish this goal. This newly created effort from NDSsi is headed up by Jim Plewa, Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Care.
